Servers were rude and awful. You can definitely tell that they don’t like their job especially when put under pressure. They remade my drink three times and still didn’t get it right, insisting that it was my fault for placing the wrong order. I told them I would pay for it to be made properly, but just kept making smart remarks and faces behind the counter. Definitely a waist of time and money spent there just to be disrespected.
Great customer service this morning from Mo at the drive tru. Very helpful and polite. Keep up the great customer service. You make the Difference.
My recent visit to this Starbucks was disappointing. I ordered the “Cannon Ball Drink,” which was promoted on the menu, but when I asked about it, the cashier said they did not have all the ingredients. The drink I received was not what I was expecting, and although they offered to replace it with another drink, I never actually received the replacement. In addition, the drinks at this location often taste different from the same drinks I have ordered at other Starbucks stores in other cities, which is frustrating and inconsistent. Sadly, the staff working today were not the usual team members who are super nice and helpful, and the overall experience did not meet the standard I have come to expect from Starbucks.
